  • Kimberley Kerr

    FOUNDER & CEO

    Kim Kerr is an education advisor and strategist that has worked in the field of education and international development for 30 years.  She has worked with governments, international organizations, and local partners to support thousands of young people to access quality education and reach their full potential. She led and managed a billion dollar transformative leadership development program for African youth, designed and developed a holistic initiative to strengthen teacher development, established an African centre to advance edtech, and worked with other donors to catalyze investment and reforms in secondary education. She also led the development of a multi-stakeholder report Secondary Education in Africa: Preparing Youth for the Future of Work.  Kim has worked with leading education organizations globally including Mastercard Foundation, UNICEF, Education Development Center, and Save the Children.  She holds a Master in Education in Comparative, International and Development Education from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education, University of Toronto.  

  • Danielle Kerr

    VISUAL DESIGNER & MARKETING COORDINATOR

    Danielle Kerr is a graphic and visual designer who has spent the past 3 years specializing in designing for social good. Her work has focused on information design, editorial design, and social media marketing.

    Danielle holds an advanced diploma in graphic design from George Brown College in Toronto, which she completed in 2021.

    Prior to joining the Inspire Education team, she worked with Harbourfront Centre, a cultural hub located in Toronto, and Second Harvest, a Canadian non-profit that collects and redistributes good surplus food to communities in need.

    Empathy is at the root of her design approach. She works diligently to understand the consumer, create exceptional design and convey compelling messages.
